Perhaps it was the storm or the late night drive to calm a sweet tooth but the service was horrible no clear direction as to where a person should order their ice cream and felt like the gentleman kept running from having to serve the counter. Anothergentleman finally stepped in and after 30 minutes and being the only customer there I was able to place an order for ice cream.Also the choice were very limited. The items purchased were delicious and I got to enjoy it at home. Will definitely revisiton a nicer day and see if service is better.

I had an unfortunate experience at this location. The employee on the Baskin-Robbins side was clearly frustrated while preparing three shakes for the previous customer and was even complaining to a co-worker about it. When it was my turn, he told me he couldn't make my milkshake because the ice cream was too hard, so I decided to leave.

I visited Baskin-Robbins and had a disappointing experience. The employee was reluctant to make a milkshake and ended up giving me the wrong flavor. He seemed uninterested and unmotivated, which affected my overall experience with their menu.
