I came across an advertisement for their tiger milk boba tea and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The black tea was slightly sour, and the caramel had settled at the bottom of the cup, so there was no way to mix it up because of the straw's opening. I was particularly let down by the tapioca pearls; I expected standard quality, but many of them were broken before I even got to sip them through the straw, and they had a rubbery texture. This location is a combination of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts, so I had higher hopes since I usually enjoy Dunkin’. The only positive aspect I can mention is its convenient location right across from the Journal Square...
This location is terrible! Staff are rude and very unprofessional. I ordered online and said they never received the order and the staff assisting me was literally shouting at me like a kid! Instead of assisting me he turned his back and I was left standing.. not knowing what to do. These are stupid incompetent staff who should not be working on customer service related work. Ended going home, my card was charged even if no order was given to me.
I ordered three sundaes from this restaurant, but when they arrived, they were not what I expected. The ice cream was crystallized, and it didn't come with any of the toppings I requested. This was by far the worst experience I've had with Baskin-Robbins. The employees seemed indifferent and lacked professionalism. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
Aside from the delectable selection of flavors, I would like to acknowledge and tip my proverbial hat to Momo who's a host-extraordinaire!His cool demeanor, absolutely sweet and respectful attitude make the experience even better! My date and I had a great time thanks to this dude right here!

I don't know how long they'll take to fix the ice cooler. All the ice cream is melted, yet they're still trying to sell it. That's just unacceptable. I personally opted for the free one. We pay for their products, after all. Come on!
One of the best place to buy ice creams in journal square. They can make a quart of ice cream even if it is pre packed just ask them for best flavors, I was suggested the best.
There is enough safety to get an ice cream during pandemic. There is also outdoor seating. All kinds of flavours to chose from too.
The balloon cake was yummy ...me n my husband loved it...n ofcourse love der icecreams
