and they didn't have the aromen, so they accidentally threatened in aromen and didn't even disturb contact with us and let us know that they didn't have the aromen we ordered. then, when we tried to reorder, and they called me and rudely told me that they did not have these aromes. I asked her to cancel the order because I was not interested in any other aromen. but they insist that I have to lift the order. but I cannot because they have already accepted the order (and if I take it off, I will be charged for something I will not get). I told them that I can't cancel the order on my end, otherwise I will be accused, but he just told me rudely that I should cancel the order and ung up on me....
I went to get ice cream with my gf and asked for samples of this one flavor which we were curios about. The worker said they don’t do that right now so we said fine. And we told him the scoops we wanted and he reached for the wrong flavor so my gf corrected him however she didn’t see they had strawberry ice cream so she kindly asked him to change one of the flavor to strawberry mind you he didn’t scoop the ice creams yet) then he proceeded to slam the ice cream freezers Lid and she had to call him out cause he was giving unnecessary attitude. Worst customer service
My girlfriend and I went to an ice cream shop to try a new flavor. When we asked for samples, the worker said they were not available at the moment. We decided on our scoops, but the worker grabbed the wrong flavor. After correcting him, my girlfriend requested a change to strawberry. Before scooping the ice cream, the worker slammed the freezer lid. When my girlfriend called him out on his attitude, it became obvious that the customer service was lacking.
I came in with my friend this was my first time to baskin and Robbins I asked if I could try 2 flavors to make a selection and this lady working here she was like we give only one sample I mean what if I don't like the flavor I try should I just leave the store even though I want to eat an ice-cream at the moment . Such a disrespectful behavior...not recommended at all....please don't waste your time and money here

They beyond rude. My mother went in to place an order a matcha latte and instead gave her a mocha latte. When she told them this wasn’t what she ordered they started to argue with her in a disrespectful tone. Their corporate manager really needs to fix these repetitive issues this location seems to have all the time.
This old fashioned ice cream shop is awesome! We must've caught it at the right time because the line was only to the door, but if there's a longer line, it is definitely worth the wait. The ice cream is awesome and the staff is great!
This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to get ice. The service was terrible and I received a ridiculously small amount of ice that felt insulting. It was as if I had asked for it with the server's own money.
Very disrespectful, they didn't want to make a sandwich I buy almost every day from various other locations. Had to end up taking junkfood to family in the emergency room. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
