I had the worst customer service experience today. I went in for an ice cream cone and decided to try their new boba drink. However, when I took a sip while leaving, I found it completely unpalatable. I went back inside hoping to exchange the boba for a cone, but the employees told me they couldn't accommodate exchanges or refunds. To make matters worse, there was no manager on duty for me to speak with, which is unacceptable. The staff didn’t take the situation seriously and just laughed it off, failing to resolve a simple issue. I would recommend saving your time and avoiding this place.
If you go on the 31st of any month, you will get 31% off of your scoops. Even though it was raining heavily on New Year's Eve, off I went with my tribe to get scoops of ice cream. I got one single on a sugar cone. I turn around and the Prince has two scoops in a waffle. Not to be outdone, the Princess asks if she can get the same. Of course. All less than $15. No pictures. It was raining. We were in the car by the time I thought of it. Good deal on the 31 at of months that have 31 days. They stayed open their regular hours and the place was clean.
Terrible service. I went and wanted to try something new. Once I got it and paid I tasted the drink and it was disgusting so I ask if I can get something else. The workers response was that there's nothing they can do about it because they don't have a manager in. First of all there should always be a manager in. And second thing is that I just wanted like a cone instead, I never wanted a refund or anything just something else. Not sure the workers name but it was a Chinese girl. And they were acting rude about the whole situation.
I have only visited Baskin Robbins twice so far, as I usually buy ice cream by the carton from Vons or Ralph's rather than going to an ice cream shop. However, I must say that the service here is outstanding. When I order a double scoop, they don't skimp on it; in fact, they give you a bit more than what you'd expect for a double scoop. This is why I always leave a tip during my visits. The staff is very friendly, and they even offered me samples of their new flavors to try.

Ordered 2 Banana Royales from this location yesterday since the day before the Montebello location forgot one of our orders and adding insult to injury gave us really small portions for the 1 order that did arrive, and had to be shared between 3. The picture doesn't do this Sundae any justice, whoever was on duty yesterday please pat yourself on the back, you made my kids happy!
Friendly service and a terrific selection they actually had Baseball Nut my wife's favorite from her childhood.
The customer service was excellent, and the ice cream tasted delicious. It’s a cozy little spot.
They not give discount to military personal, like most. Do.
