Without saying a single word, the owner Fred, immediately confronts me and jokingly demands me to pay $5 to use the restroom, while telling the woman she could use the restroom for free. As this would be considered humor, the owner had no intention of being funny. He was very apprehensive when I told him I never needed to use the restroom and just wanted to pick up the order. Please be aware of this discriminative man, very bizarre behavior.

The owner of Baskin Robbins is quite unprofessional. My girlfriend and I witnessed him mistreating his employees, physically pulling a young, inexperienced staff member and speaking to them in a condescending manner while giving orders. It was tough to watch, especially with a store full of customers present. He seemed very comfortable behaving this way, indicating it might be a regular occurrence. I recommend not supporting this business. I will definitely be reporting this franchise.
Owner is a total A-hole. My gf and I saw him mistreat his employees, physically pulling them in the direction he wanted them to move in and talking down to them as he gave them orders. The employee was very young and seemed to be a newbie, which made thisvery hard to witness. He seemed very comfortable doing this in front of a store full of customers so he probably does this allthe time. Do not support this man or his business. Will dfntly be Reporting his franchise.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins. The staff appeared more focused on chatting with their friends and coworkers than on delivering quality customer service. Having worked at a Baskin Robbins in Long Beach before, I'm aware of how things should be managed, and unfortunately, this location falls short. I won't be coming back. If you want to draw in customers, please get organized and adhere to proper procedures.
The service at this restaurant is lacking professionalism, as they frequently neglect to fulfill orders made through DoorDash or Grubhub. I discussed the issue of missing items with the manager, but he shifted the blame to the delivery process rather than taking responsibility for resolving the problem. It was also disappointing to hear him say he was "busy."
The staff at Baskin Robbins welcomed me with warm smiles, creating a friendly atmosphere. My server, Farshid (number 7748), handled my order with great professionalism. The store was clean and well-stocked, and a young lady seemed to be in a leadership role, doing an excellent job. Overall, a fantastic experience with a delightful menu! Khalid Sayed
This is the best ice cream shop I've ever been to! Fred is fantastic—he encouraged us to sample everything and even said, "I won’t feel bad at all if you choose not to buy anything!" I truly adore this place! The ice cream is scrumptious, and both the customer service and quality deserve a perfect score of 100 out of 10.

Baskin Robbins has a somewhat awkward store layout and unfortunately, the waffle cones and bowls can taste stale. While the menu offers an average selection of flavors, it’s a good idea to try a sample first since some flavors are hit or miss!
