If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. Each time I have ordered a cake from this location it has NEVER been available the day of the pick up. I made no complaint today because I should know better at this point, however, when I returned to the store after the time the staff said the cake I ordered would arrive from another location, the owner/manager had the audacity to be extremely rude to me AND made no apology for my inconvenience. Additionally, she also spoke disrespectfully to her employees which was not surprising, but still disgraceful. My wife and I have been to this location 4 times. First time I wanted a reese's sundae, but they didn't have reese's. Second time we tried getting a root beer float but they were out of root beer. 3rd time we just tried getting regular sundaes with hotfudge but surprise, they didn't have any hot fudge. Now, we tried one last time, out of pure convenience, to go a fourthtime for a vanilla milkshake.... except they didn't have vanilla ice cream.
Often don’t have chocolate, but I found an alternative on Straight Path. It’s a real old-school ice cream shop that serves ice cream at the perfect temperature!

dunkin not as hot as it use to be you dont get the flavored coffee taste just basic brew. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
