They messed up my order on DoorDash. Fine... got my refund, made the order again. They had the audacity to have my sweet DoorDash driver sitting there for over a half hour ignoring him. Finally they give him attitude and tell him they sent the order already! Wich they did not and if they did they gave it to the wrong person. After receiving a refund and having the order remade, they made my DoorDash driver wait for half an hour before telling him they had already sent the order, which they hadn't. When they finally gave him the order, it went to the wrong person and all it contained was pastries and apple juice. incredible experience today. I went through the drive-thru ordered and paid, and then I was given the wrong item. I then go back through the drive-thru again to tell them they gave me the wrong item and they told me they gave me this because my requested item is not in stock. I then requested a refund and they told me SORRY NO REFUNDS!!! HAHAH WHAT? You gave me the wrong item and then no refund???? I always have a horrible experience at this establishment. STAY AWAY!
The restaurant tried to charge me $2 more for a cake than the price marked on the box. When I confronted them, they had the nerve to claim that the price had increased and that the cake had been sitting on the shelf for a while. The service was terrible and I have no intention of returning. The staff clearly do not know how to properly serve their customers.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The owner needs to be mindful of who they hire. The first time I called, they answered and hung up without even saying hello. The second time I called and asked what premade cakes they had in stock, the rude female who answered told me to come find out myself and hung up before I could respond. Absolutely absurd.
This business is shutdown already. Why is their Google reviews still up? Wasted my time going there just to find out they’re out of business.

My wife went to this restaurant for a Father's Day cake and ice cream. It was delicious.
