This Baskin-Robins USED to be good, with decently-intelligent staff that spoke fluent English. Now, the new staff barely understand basic ice cream market terms (like toppings , which isn 't some made-em-up word, but a KNOWN term for anything that goes on icecream, used for DECADES!
