Bad customer service. I went there on Saturday with my family to get some packaged ice cream. My kids opened the refrigerator door to pick the flavors they wanted but one of the workers with a bad attitude I don't know her name but she looked Indian started scolding us saying that because of COVID we couldn't open the refrigerator and needed to ask her instead. I visited this location to order a custom cake for my daughter's birthday because it’s the only Baskin-Robbins that opens early. I usually go to the one in Reseda, which is much better and I highly recommend it if you want a good custom cake. Unfortunately, the lady who decorated my cake did not follow my instructions at all. I specifically requested a pink cake with purple and white accents, but instead, I got an all-pink cake with pink writing. cindy is a hired person who works with these bikini wheels and she gives this place a bad name. cindy is rude and has an evil attitude when they are so polite with her. she put her around in my ice and didn't think I would see that she did that it was as bad as cindy is with customers who are friendly. cindy isn't any one you want to work for you and have a lot of luck if you want to get out of those bikini wheels and serve you cindy.

Hello everyone, my partner stopped by this place and got me a beer-shaped ice cream cake. When she got home, she noticed that a tip had been automatically added. It was 25%. I’m curious if anyone else has checked their receipt and noticed this charge? Other places give us the option to add a tip.
When my kids and I came to get some ice cream, Troy assisted us. He was suuch a sweet, helpful, and kind young man!! This Baskin Robins is definitely the one to go to if you want fresh ice cream and superb service!!!
The service was very slow. I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet it still took a long time to get attention. There were three staff members, but they seemed to leave all the tasks to one girl.
