Today, August 27th at 11:30 AM, we visited this restaurant. The two young staff members at the front desk, a young man and a girl, were incredibly inept. They were more focused on their conversation than on attending to our family, displaying a lack of enthusiasm that was quite noticeable. Their social skills were so lacking that it made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were intruding on them. The young man was completely confused about our order and repeatedly mixed up what we were saying. When it came time to add toppings to one of the ice creams, he clumsily shook a spoonful of them, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
we waited 15 minutes for a Sunday night. the employees saw us in a family of 4 with 2 small children. they have chosen their ice cream really enthusiastic with the new aromen and meereiscreme. 2 more customers went to us, guess who helped them. not us. they ignored us from no reason and began to work on the other customer orders. also the rude of the other customers, but the employees here should have been more attentive and helpful for a family that tries to buy ice cream. not against the ice, but the steadfast coworkers.
I ordered two tiered cakes for our cream closing party, paying an extra $24 to have the school logos printed on the side, as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, the result looks like a preschool art project. The cake is uneven and not even round, and the color of the cream was dull. They couldn’t even make a clean cut, and it appeared as if it had been pulled straight from the printer. I was extremely disappointed, and this will be the last time I order a party cake from them.
This restaurant used to provide excellent service, but it appears that they have had a staff turnover recently. During our last few visits, we noticed that the place has been dirty and frequently out of various items. Additionally, one of the freezers is partially blocking the entrance, making it difficult to enter the store. The employees now serve very small portions—sometimes only half the size you would expect—and the portion sizes have become inconsistent. Réservez une table maintenant
This is the best Baskin Robbins I've ever been to! My wife, who is pregnant and craving whipped cream, called after placing our order to ask for it since there wasn't an option in the app. The staff was not only incredibly friendly but also added the whipped cream for us. They even left a note saying "Congratulations on the baby!" What a thoughtful gesture from such kind people! We definitely need more of that kindness in the world!
I ordered the DIY Sundae Kit for the third time. The first time was exactly how it should be. The second time, the hot fudge was smaller, but it was enough for half the package; however, I didn’t receive any cherries. On my third order, there were no cherries again, and the fudge was still only enough for two people. Since it’s a kit with two quarts, they should provide adequate amounts of everything.
