I visit this restaurant almost every day, and the customer service is usually outstanding, which makes me want to leave a tip each time. However, there's one server who consistently provides poor service. She rushes us even when there are no other customers in the restaurant. It’s frustrating when we just want to browse the flavors available. I wish she would improve her attitude or consider a different job if she's unhappy there!
I like coming here. It's better than the one I used to work at. Very neat and nice cakes. The sundaes I ordered the past two times were made well. Even though it's expensive, don't come here expecting cheap dollar scoop ice cream. It really is expensive and 1 or 2 items will already cost you near or more 10 bucks. Whatever the case, the sundae left me satisfied and happy.
I went to the restaurant with my son at around 9:05 PM, and I was told that they were closed. However, immediately after us, a white couple walked in and received service. I love Baskin-Robbins, but I will never return to this establishment because of the discrimination I experienced.
This location is very convenient, close ice cream shop in the area. Staff is friendly, the only thing is that this place is a little too small, very cramped when it gets full of customers especially in the summer! Come check out the stuff very friendly! Réservez une table maintenant
I find myself here quite often before heading home! The atmosphere is great, and I feel comfortable enough to chat with people if they want. I haven’t had any complaints about my visits.
Ordered banana split... strawberry and chocolate tasted old and flat. So disappointing. Usually the ice cream is so rich and flavorful.
The restaurant offers a great selection of ice options, along with a variety of choices on the menu. The staff is also very friendly!
