I have few positive remarks about this Baskin-Robbins location. The space felt quite cramped, and the staff seemed unwelcoming and impolite. I also felt that the service I received as an African-American was noticeably different compared to that of white customers. There were no friendly greetings, no offers of assistance, and no signs of appreciation. Despite living in Wyckoff, I won’t be coming back.
My daughter noticed the Creature Creations unicorn on TV, so we decided to visit this Baskin-Robbins to give it a try. However, we were disappointed to find out that the staff weren’t familiar with how to make it. Either train your employees properly or stop promoting it.
Baskin-Robbins offers a menu featuring top-notch ingredients. The ice cream was perfectly chilled, refreshingly smooth, and had an ideal texture. The service at Baskin-Robbins was both prompt and friendly.
