If you enjoy warm ice cream served in a stale cone, then the Baskin-Robbins location in Lindenhurst might be for you. The sundae I ordered was a complete disaster—half scoops of ice cream were transferred from one cup to another. The staff could definitely benefit from better training on hygiene practices. It was unpleasant to watch an employee wash dirty containers and then use the same ungloved, wet hands to prepare my order. If you want a better experience, I recommend checking out the menu elsewhere and walking the extra block to Carvel.
