Horrible costumer service. My little sister and I went in for ice cream at this Location. We wanted to try out the creature creation for the first time. As the lady started serving us we kindly told her we wanted the creature creation, and she said “which one” and started pointing at the box showcasing the creature creations. Since it was our first time ordering, we wanted to make sure we could choose our flavor. We assumed each Creature Creation came with a specific character assigned to a set flavor, especially since the lady was pointing to them in the display box as she showed the options. I asked her if we can pick our flavor or if they come like that as shown in the picture she was poi...
During the pandemic, Dunkin' Donuts was completely closed and didn't even offer pick-up service. Now that we are in Stage 4, it feels unfair that families aren't allowed to enjoy ice cream at the outdoor benches outside the store. Other restaurants allow their customers to sit outside and enjoy time with their families, so why can't Dunkin' Donuts do the same? I’m really frustrated by this, especially since I tried to take my nieces out for ice cream last Friday, but we couldn't. Come on, Dunkin', let's resolve this!

It's disappointing! All other restaurants permit their customers to sit outside and enjoy family time, so why can't Dunkin Donuts? I really felt frustrated when I tried to enjoy an ice cream outing with my nieces last Friday, but we couldn't. It's time to change this policy, Dunkin!
This Baskin-Robbins is perfectly adequate. It might not be fast, and the staff might not be very nice, but you’ll get some ice cream. There’s a little seating inside, which is nice, but overall, the experience isn’t going to blow you away or anything. On the bright side, you can get some Dunkin while you’re here too.

I visited Baskin-Robbins to order a birthday cake for my kids. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The place was clean and well-organized.
