I really wanted to like this store because the guy there is normally really nice but my experience coming here was so bad that I will never come back to this location again. I made a pickup order online. When I got home, both my milkshake and scoop of ice cream tasted and smelled of Rotting Milk! It was so bad I had to throw them away and because it was late they were already closed by the time I got home it was a bummer I really wanted icecream. They didn't have anymore cones which sucked because that's really what I wanted a waffle cone. We ordered a sundae through DoorDash but received an ice cream instead. We called the restaurant and spoke with a female employee to voice our concern, but she said there was nothing she could do. When we asked to speak to a manager, she told us there was no manager available and started laughing. We explained that our concern was serious, especially since it was her mistake, but she simply hung up on us.
I used to visit this restaurant once a week, but I had a disappointing experience recently. When I asked to see the sizes of the milkshakes, the staff member responded rudely, saying, "You come here once a week; you should know the sizes. Do you have a small brain?" I won't be returning again. I hope others who read this reconsider going there, as it's the customers who keep the business running.

I called at least 10 times a day over the past three days to confirm my online cake order, but no one ever answered the phone. My brother went in to pick it up today, and, of course, they didn't have my order. It's very disappointing for my nephew, who was looking forward to his first ice cream cake experience.
Too expensive. Went on a Tuesday and they used to be I believe $1.89 on Tuesdays. Did not know they changed and it was $37 for 7 scoops. Ridiculous.
