The young white female with glasses is always friendly and helpful, but I cannot say the same for the other employees. We got a single scoop and it is a little small. For its size, it is expensive. In addition, whenever we buy ice cream or cakes, they do not provide napkins (they will if you ask, but it should be provided regardless without asking). I took my daughter and her friends for a snack after dinner, but unfortunately, I found out they no longer offer free samples to try new flavors. My daughter has a dairy allergy, so we decided to take a risk and bought a dairy-free ice cream for her. Sadly, she ended up throwing most of it away after tasting it, and we felt it was a waste since we had to pay for it without having tried it first. Very rude staff, and yesterday I went to shop around 9:45 pm and placed take out order, they didn 't gave me any spoon with it and when I asked them about spoon they rudely said, We DON 'T HAVE ANY AT THIS MOMENT, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT and fun fact was I was able to see the whole box of spoons behind the counter. They just want me to get out ASAP, so they can close the store. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. you just can 't behave with customer like this.
Super disappointed with kernels popcorn. This is my 2nd time that i am disappointed. They give regular salted popcorn instead of sweet chilli. I asked mistute of caramel+sweet chilli and i only got caramel+ salted.1st time i thought may be a genuine mistake but this time again. Is this type of service you provide. Like i bought two large and it cost a good amount of money.

I had ordered a cake online and went in to pick it up. It was not made. I asked if they had one made of the the flavour I wanted.They didn't. David offered to make it even though he had never made one before. Luckily I was able to pick it up later, so I agreed. He did an amazing job! Zayn helped too. LOL. Thank you!
It's summer, and one of my all-time favorite treats is ice cream. Where better to indulge than at Baskin-Robbins? I highly recommend trying their Ube Coconut Swirl! It's a unique flavor that will satisfy any sweet tooth craving.
customer service is zero and employees serving behind the counter have attitude ,to run a successful business you need professional staff , I will never come back to this store.
