Came here with my husband on Tuesday sometime in early afternoon. One worker greeted us and she was mopping. She kept asking what I wanted, didn't seem to be very patience. She kept mopping while mumbling then went behind counter, washed her hand 3 seconds without soap!!!!!!! I didn't want to get crazy while deep inside I was cringy all over my body and my husband almost laugh at me. If there wasn't any other customers sitting there, I would really say something. I didn't want to make a scene so I bought a scoop and ended up dump it outside. My husband knew how it is irritating me since I work in public health too. I cannot imagine!! Pls do not come to this place. I definitely DO NOT RECOMME...
I didn’t expect it to be difficult to add a simple controller, and if it was too expensive, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the design. Additionally, I requested a straightforward design without fondant, as I find it unappetizing. When I went to pick up the cake, the staff showed it to me, and it turned out to be absolutely adorable—it was exactly what I had envisioned. They advised me to store it in the freezer and take it out 10 minutes before serving.
After the celebration, my husband and our guests all loved the cake; they thought it was not only super cute but also delicious. I would definitely return here for future party celebrations.
4 stars for effort because the vibe was welcoming and the employee was nice, but this is not how I remember Baskin Robins layered Sundaes. I was given 3 baby scoops of ice cream with light toppings. Pretty underwhelming for almost 9$. Cup felt a little light and wasn't full. The single scoop rainbow sherbet was good though.
I am a huge fan of Baskin-Robbins, and anyone who claims it's not good is just mistaken. It's surprising that there's only one location in the area.

The staff was friendly, and they had an impressive selection of ice creams—there were actually 41 flavors to choose from on the day I visited.
The ice cream is fantastic, but as others have mentioned, the scoops are on the smaller side. Unfortunately, the prices don’t reflect that.
Although it is quite small, the entire area is well-organized for placing your ice cream orders.
