I fully understand the importance of hygiene standards, but the delivery of this message was both unnecessary and rude. My concerns extend beyond the rudeness; the situation was trivial. The contact we made was minimal, and it would have been easy for the scooper to clean the glass again afterward.

The worst costumer service and milkshake, we always bought milkshakes from here, we ask for two large strawberries milkshakes almost 20 dollars and the worst of it it's that it taste like a cup of milk nothing of flavor, we ask for a new ones or to have our money back they only treat us like if we are idiots that it's a milkshake and told us that it need to taste like milk, you should have better service or have better employees should take more care of your ratings
I went trying to see if they were hiring and they did not take me seriously they told me to go back twice just for the resume after I went they told me give them my number and the manager would call me back it's been almost 3 weeks and no call , the first time I went a young lady had told me most of the workers were gonna quit so I most likely will get the job the second time I went a older lady started laughing when I told her I came for the resume !!!
Horrible customer service on 11/17 at night, either these girls hate their job or their boyfriends ain't hitting it right. Either leave your Job or your boyfriend. Scooping ice cream its not rocket science, and then you complain about your pay. Owner needs to get rid of this toxic staff looking at other reviews they complain about the same. She's lucky I keep it professional with my kids around.

The manager was very rude and spoke to me as if I were a child. Many of the staff members displayed a similarly unfriendly attitude towards customers. There's a clear reason why there are so many low ratings and complaints about the quality of this location. This will be the last time I bring my daughters here.
Located in the corner of N Montebello Blvd and W Beverly Blvd next to the Starbucks.We came to get some ice cream. We got the Jamoco Almond Fudge and the Turkey Day Fixin's. They were delicious and sweet.Service was good and there are plenty of seating in the late afternoon.
I went in looking for a specific flavor, but unfortunately, they didn’t have it. I ordered a milkshake, but it felt more like plain milk because there was no shake to it. It tasted mostly like watered-down milk. However, I have to say the service was good.
I just came out of this place with a bitter taste. Andrea served us with a long face didn't even say hello, was rude when we ordered. I tried to be as polite as I could but she was straight up RUDE! Will never come back to this place
