Terrible service. I was just there and waiting to order. I guess an employee was in training so the other employee was helping that person. Another person was sweeping and staring at me. The manager was on her phone and completely ignored me. I was waiting for 10mins and there was no one else there so they were slow because people were cleaning. Finally someone came to the front and said hi to the person dining in and ignored me, right when I was about to order she told me to wait and proceeded to the back. The employees cleaning just stared. So I left. This isn’t the first time this happens. I work in fast food service so I know customers are priority, but I guess this company doesn’t care...
I’ve read some reviews before going because I’m from out of state. The place didn’t get good reviews but we decided to give it a try and sure enough the reviews were somewhat correct. Service was fast and good but the ice cream looks like it’s melting. If outside is like 80 degrees then I would understand but we were there at 7pm with 40 degrees outside and it’s soft/melting the moment we got it.
I asked if they made turtle sundaes. He said yes. He started to make it and then asked what toppings I wanted. I told him what a turtle sundae was and he said they didn’t have pecans. Fudge and caramel it is then….wait….not much fudge and caramel. Over $6 for a cup of vanilla ice cream that was half melted. I think their air needs to be turned up. So disappointing for so much money.
This family who spammed the photo gallery... bless them for trying to be the Kardashians of yelp. Weird flex. P.S. this photo is used for any donut shop in the area. Shame on Yelp for letting people spam the ever living f* out of the site. Also, long live Dunkin Donuts cold brew coffee.
