So I went and got my yearly Peanut Butter and chocolate milk shake thick. Mmmm I hate how pricey they are these days but I Am a sucker for at least 1a year. I can make them myself but I usually want one when it 's extra hot and I 'm running around doing errands and what not. I 'm always in this area but have yet to go to this location for my shake. Well I know now I wasn 't missing anything. The guy who is working right now I didn 't catch his name in his early 20 's dark hair and glasses is anything but customer service oriented. It was like awkward af trying to just do basic communication w him, I was annoyed at first because he came off extremely rude, I asked for my shake on thicker side...
I WENT TO 31 FLAVORS A COUPLE HOURS OR SO AGO AND MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED ICE CREAM, ITS REALLY HOT WEATHER, I TOLD THE GIRL THERE WAS NO MINT CHIP IN THE COOLER SO SHE WENT TO THE BACK AND CAME BACK WITH ONE SAYING ITS THE LAST ONE. I SAID THANK U AND WE LEFT. WE GOT HOME AND MY HUSBAND STARTED TO EAT HIS JAMOCHA ALMOND FUDGE, IT WAS REALLY GOOD ! BUT !! WHEN I OPENED MINE ! I WAS SO P OFF !! IT WAS OLD !!AND CLEARLY HAD BEEN MELTED AND RE FROZEN !! IT TASTED HORRIBLE !! I DIDNT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT 31 FLAVORS EVER AGAIN. !!! NEVER AGAIN !! FROM VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!.
I went to pick up a cake that I had ordered and paid for two days in advance for my niece's birthday, only to find that they hadn’t made it. I can't believe they would treat customers this way; it shows a complete lack of ethics. Dealing with such unprofessional people is frustrating. I expected to trust their work, but instead, I was disappointed. When I tried to call the manager to address the issue, she didn’t even answer. I ended up wasting my time and had to scramble to find a last-minute cake because of their unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend this place.
The staff really need to improve their customer service. When I walked in, I greeted the woman at the counter with a friendly smile and a wave, but instead, another woman and man approached me with no greeting at all, treating the interaction as purely transactional. I've noticed that the closer you are to Santa Ana, the more unfriendly some of the locals can be. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently reinforced this observation, which I never intended to prove when I moved to this area. It's just a disappointing reality based on my experiences.

I was hoping to get some donuts as my daughter had promised, but the nearby donut shop was closed. Instead, her face lit up with joy when she had some delicious ice cream. At this Baskin-Robbins, the employee was really friendly. Without us even asking, he offered samples so my daughter could choose what she wanted. As soon as she saw the Oreo Cookies and Cream flavor, her eyes lit up, and after trying it, she instantly said yes. She got a cup, and she was the happiest girl you could ever imagine. It couldn't have been a better experience!
Out of all the bask in robins I've been to, this one is hands down one of the best ones. Not only because of their awesome ice cream, cakes etc.. But the employees.. Antonio, Judy's to you homeboy!! He was very attentive and extremely funny. Alao, the managwr.. Although she looked intimidating, she was surprisingly a friendly. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.. Palabra!! !!!
This baskin robbins has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a baskin robbins. I ordered a custom Birthday 24 hours before i needed it and they reached out to me to show me what the cake will look like and gave me options. The cake turned out so good and everyone loved it. Thank you!!
