Very rude employees. Walked in and none of the two employees acknowledge us, I said HELLO and they just ignored me. Took them a while to ask if I was ready to order. Seemed like they were bothered by us. Been to other Baskin Robbins locations and ever have I experienced such a bad vibe from employees, management needs to train these girls. From the 4 items we ordered 2 of the waffle cone were hard as a rock, couldn?t even eat it. Waste of money. Whoever is in charge of this location please train your employees on customer service. There was no name tags on the girls on the receipt it says Khalil but it was two Hispanic girls. Will try to contact corporate to resolve this issue because I doub...

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but I've never experienced such poor customer service as I did today from Desiree. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bag and spoons for my order, and her body language was disrespectful from the start. I will definitely be speaking to a manager to explain what happened; they need to provide better training for their employees on customer service. Additionally, I noticed that the staff aren't even wearing hairnets, which I believe is a health department violation.

I had scheduled a later pick-up for my order, but unfortunately, the timing didn't work out for me. I reached out to see if I could pick up the cake earlier, and I was delighted to find out that they could accommodate my request. The cake was delicious, and there were no issues with picking up my order.
