Can I give them Zero ? Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin ' Donuts location. Despite being a loyal customer, I 've had nothing but trouble with my orders. On two separate occasions, they got my simple request for a small black coffee and a small coffee with two creams completely wrong. The first time, my coffee was cold, and the second time, it was diluted with creams in both. When I asked for a refund, they outright refused. Unacceptable! It 's frustrating to have to come back twice just to get a basic order right, and even more so when they fail to provide a reasonable resolution. Wow!! I was not at all surprised to see the ratings for this store when I checked today. It 's sad actually. My experience here today was terrible to say the least!! Had to wait long then was given a watered down frozen beverage that was missing an ingredient. When I brought the item inside they were extremely rude. Claiming I was wrong. Refusing to re make it. When I asked for the manager I saw a guy who was texting at the counter look up from his phone at me and say that 's me Then I explained to him that I wanted to exchange my item he just told me she said it was correct like I was wrong so oh well! Un real. I paid for that. Threw it away. Will never return. Should be ashamed.
I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location five times in April 2024 because it's conveniently located right across the street from my home. Unfortunately, each time I went, they got my order wrong! The staff really needs better training to listen and ensure orders are correct. With so many customers coming through, it shouldn't be so common to make the same mistakes. The mix-ups and long wait times need to improve. Come on, Dunkin' Donuts! Your loyal customers deserve better service!
worst place at this location why are they still running on a business if they are not answering there phones!! I been trying to call them so I can tell them to pick different time to let them know I’m never ordering from this place again they need to shut the places down if they hate working here no reason to keep this location on business if they are so lazy and rude employees.

this is by far the worst dunkin in the area, staff is super slow, orders are always wrong even when ordering through the app with specific instructions. Staff isn't trained properly or shown how to make very simple drinks. If you want to go to dunkin,avoid this one.
I wanted to acknowledge the young man who is at the drive-through. He is funny and just added a smile to my face this morning, very bright eyed and talkative . His name was Shawn and I hope I see him again my next Dunkin’ run.
I don't know what they did but they made my ice coffee so bitter I couldn't even drink it. When I go to the other dunkin donuts I ask for the same drink and it taste 10 times better.
Seriously-how long does it take to make a couple coffees? This place is terrible!
