I was so disappointed that I did not take a photo for this review, but it was a lot going on. Luckily someone else did, so I posted them! My son turns around 14 and demanded a huge party sub for his birthday. I couldn't find anyone. I called like 10 seats and they didn't do them anymore. Then I saw Franco 's and I called to discover that they were! I ordered a 4 ft frying chest and it was a serious show stopper! The effect was wonderful as it was absolutely huge. It took the whole length of half the kitchen table even with the additional sheet. I had measured before, and I think it could have been longer than 4 feet. It was amazingly packed. They say it can't be pre-cut and they are absolute...
I was told that this place serves the best Italian cold cut sandwich, and I have to say, it lived up to the hype. The sandwich was delightful, featuring a mix of simple meats, fresh veggies, and dressing, but what really made it shine was the bread. However, I did find it a bit on the expensive side. While the sandwich itself was reasonably priced, adding any extras can really increase the total cost.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of incredible food, and the sight of countless sweets and baked goods. I ordered two Italian subs and loved that they slice the meat right in front of you. I also got some cookies, and now I regret not buying more! The prices were reasonable too—about $20 for two small subs and approximately six cookies.
I will be back! Great sammich! We had turkey club (roasted); roast beef; and an Italian sub... we all loved them!We had three different pastries... two canoli type of pastry and a strawberry and cream one... delicious! We have a piece of tiramisu to share later. All of the pastries are $4.75 each but worth it for the size and deliciousness ?

I recently moved to HE from the South Loop last year. I was told Franco's has been around for year. I just went for the first time and let me tell you, they have awesome offerings and so far I just had the bolanese and and wow! I will be coming more often now!
We always make sure to grab some sweets for our table at this restaurant. The stuffed cannoli, cheesy breadsticks, and apple slices were all fantastic. The desserts here never disappoint, especially the stuffed cannoli, which is always a crowd favorite.
I love going to this restaurant for their amazing dough balls, which are an excellent value! Their cheese Danish and M&M cookies are also fantastic. I often pick up their long bread rolls to make sandwiches at home because they are incredibly delicious.
This restaurant is an ideal spot for families with delicious food. It is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from my workplace, so my colleagues and I frequently visit.

Good service, good food, Good atmosphere. Bring money actually the prices are reasonable for the quality veal dishes are exceptional, bring an appetite. You'll love it
By far the BEST pepper and egg sandwich since my mom and grandma. Every time I eat one it reminds me of them.
