The food is consistently pretty decent, but they never thaw out their desserts to have ready for the dinner crowd. This time and one time before, we ordered the Tiramisu, because it is pretty darn good tiramisu. The prior time, we were told they forgot to take any out to thaw. This time we were served frozen solid tiramisu. When we asked them to thaw it out, they said they couldn't and it would take about 30 minutes for it to thaw and apologized (again), that they forgot to thaw any dessert for the dinner crowd. Really?!
The food was delicious. Our pasta and chicken arrived after about 35 minutes, and we expected the pizza to come soon after. However, it took another hour for our pasta to be finished, and the kids' pizza still hadn't arrived. We were informed that the order ticket machine was not working. The staff did not inquire about additional drinks. After complaining, only a small portion of the bill was discounted. We will choose a different location next time.
Service was excellent the food was good too. One thing that turned us off it's an odd thing, but we all noticed it.... the water tasted really funky! Not sure what it was, but we all stopped drinking it immediately. Other than that, it was a good experience.
Moretti’s in Bartlett in the past, I have enjoyed. Tonight. Boring. Nothing is updated and the attendance by patrons seem not what it used to be

Great atmosphere, good lighting, the food was outstanding including the minor substitutions I made. Waitstaff were attentive and helpful.
The food was delicious, the service was perfectly timed, the ambiance was nice, and there were wonderful choices available.
I will definitely return to this restaurant, I had a great time and will try more dishes next time. Thank you.
Very pleased with the restaurant, used it previously. Excellent food and service and friendly hostess as well.
