I had an awful experience at this restaurant. I just went in to place an order and found myself waiting for quite a while. It seemed one of the employees was in training, so the other staff member was assisting them, while another person was sweeping and just watching me. To top it off, the manager was on her phone and completely disregarded my presence. I waited for 10 minutes, and since there were no other customers, it was clear the team was slow because they were busy cleaning.

I inquired about turtle sundaes, and he confirmed that they had them. He began preparing it, then asked what toppings I preferred. When I explained that a turtle sundae typically includes pecans, he informed me that they didn’t have any. So, I settled for fudge and caramel instead, but it turned out there wasn’t much of either. I ended up paying over $6 for a cup of vanilla ice cream that was already half melted. I think they need to adjust their air conditioning. Overall, I was very disappointed given the price.

The service was quick and good, but the ice cream appeared to be melting. If it had been 80 degrees outside, I could understand that, but we were there at 7 PM when it was 40 degrees, and the ice cream was already soft and melting as soon as we received it.

Driving down River Road in Schiller Park this morning, Thursday, August 19, 2021. Saw the DD and decided to go through Dunkin' Donuts Drive-Thru. The server was Friendly and Quick AND my order was accurate. The coffee and hash browns were fresh and delicious!
I just left the restaurant, and every tub of ice cream looked like it had melted, and now they're trying to refreeze it and sell it? That's not acceptable!
Kind friendly service! Have been coming here for years. Dunkin is dunkin, but this one seems to always been very consistent with coffees/flavors etc.
