Just had a really good meal there. Staff are lovely. Love the rustic cellar setting that is beautifully lit. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food is seasoned perfectly, not too spicy (unless you order a really spicy dish! . The Korma sauce is gorgeous. I will definitely be going back there with my husband. A brilliant restaurant right on my doorstep!
We have been using this restaurant and takeaway for many years and can highly recommend the food. Always of a good quality and competitively priced. Very friendly staff who are always happy to offer their recommendations. Please drop in and give this restaurant a try, you won’t be disappointed.
In the heart of Petworth lays this little gem of an Indian restaurant . Beneath the street the Basmati is in a old wine cellar which makes for a interesting visit in itself. The menu was great and the food was equally good. Service was spot on, will be going back and recommending to friends.
Basmati Petworth is my favourite Indian restaurant. I have been a regular visitor for the last couple of years. The service is first class and the food is excellent. In five years I haven't had a bad meal. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Réservez une table maintenant
Lovely food in a very atmospheric restaurant located in what was once an old wine cellar for the Swan Hotel (now sadly flats). Our waiter, AJ, was very knowledgeable and attentive. I'll definitively recommend to friends. Food delicious.
First time here as recommended by friends. Wow the food was really tasty and the atmosphere was great. Love the cellar setting. Definitely be back to try more delicious meals from the menu .
