"Easily my favorite place to eat in Boise. The owners are so cool and knowledgeable I recommend going with an open mind and having them order for you (wine as well). Everything is delicious and freshly made with love and the atmosphere is great.Awesome cafe and little grocery. And don?t miss out on their Paella when they have it!"

I had the best lunch today at the Basque Market. It has been a few months since I moved here from Tunisia and I had a wonderful meal in their cozy terrace. I want to thank the person who greeted us (I'm not sure if they are the owner), took our order, and offered us a wine tasting before choosing our drinks. I ended up ordering their delicious sangria (I have a sweet tooth). We enjoyed the patatas bravas, which were especially flavorful and I loved them! The meatballs, croquetas, and a ham sandwich were also delicious. Although the portions seemed small, they were actually very filling! I will definitely be coming back again.

I'm so glad I've eaten on the basque market today. it is a few months ago, since I moved out of Tunisia and had a pleasant meal in their cozy terrace. I would like to thank them that the person who greets us (I don't know if it was the owner) took our order and gave us wine tasting before they choose what to get as drinks, I ended the ordering of their delicious sangria (I have a sweet tooth) we enjoyed the patatas bravas? especially flavored l loved her! the meatballs, the croquetas and a jamonsandwich. they think the quantities are tiny, but it is really filling out! am I coming back?

I had a great time at this restaurant. I can't wait to go back for the paella and to try some of their other dishes. They only serve paella on specific days, but you can pre-order it and have it saved for you. I also tried some croquettes. I wanted to try all the flavors, but you have to buy at least 8 of each flavor and there were only two of us, so we only tried a couple. I didn't like the caramelized onion flavor, but I did enjoy the piquillo pepper cheese flavor.

This charming market is stocked with a variety of Basque and Spanish wines and foods. We visited for tapas and were blown away by the delicious croquetas. The papas and pinxtos were also exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Be sure to sample the Basque cider on tap or enjoy a glass of Basque wine along with the must-try croquetas!
