We made a reservation but the hostess wasn’t very friendly. Middle aged woman was gruff when we asked for a table outside. She told us we could only sit there for 45 minutes cause of other reservations. I told her we had reservations. She was rude. I’ve been coming to Bavaros since they opened. I live Dan and his success. We seemed rushed the entire night. Pizza was mediocre. We will be back cause we love Dan and the location and we support locals.
Food was great, and I was nervous bc it's on Central avenue. Service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I removed a star for atmosphere, which to no fault of the restaurant, the place next door plays loud terrible music and there's quite a few vagrants walking around. That being said, I'd be back in a heartbeat because the food was so good, and the waitress and hostess were so friendly.
We had a great time and the staff were very accommodating. We originally tried to make a reservation for 17. We were redirected to another phone number. The individual never answered phone or responded to text sent. So in order to get reservation, we had to make 3 reservations of 6, 6, and 5 online. Once we arrived, the staff made it possible for the 17 to sit together
We had a great time at Bavaro’s. Service very friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing, we had pizza and the cocktails were great. They even gave me a dessert for my birthday. Would definitely return next time we’re in town. Réservez une table maintenant
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. We decided to dine outside and enjoyed a delicious pizza. It was definitely the best pizza I have ever had in the St. Pete/Tampa area.
Jen is both the bartender and a really wonderful server. We almost always sit at her section or right at the bar to make sure we get fabulous service and amazing food. We will be back often!
Food was absolutely fabulous and our server could not have been any better! Definitely coming back! Make the ravioli and meatballs a must order because they were the best!
Pizza was good. Burratta app was good. the verde salad needed help- pretty boring. Waitress was awesome. Réservez une table maintenant

"Great place. Love the Ford themed setting right down to the napkins, which are shop towels with hose clamps for rings. Very cool. Had the Model A for lunch. A delicious burger with the Ford logo toasted into the bun, way cool. The fries were fantastictoo. Will be back again."
