Nice place, they are undergoing renovations until November 2022 so no seafood tower seafood buffet. They currently offer a very small menu consisting of a few steaks salmon and small selection of entrees. Ordered two black Angus steaks (medium and medium well). If you were visiting, you may want to ask specifically for fresh fries unless you like stale French fries that destroy your mouth. One came out pretty much rare and the other was charred. Staff was pretty nice and friendly and pretty much the only saving grace of the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Halal options available
The buffet breakfast is absolutely terrible. Poached eggs are almost hard boiled. Maple bacon was chewy and practically inedible. Coffee from their coffee machines was indescribably bad, but apparently they have a barista whom the people at the front counter failed to mention. The only saving grace was the little pastries which were good and the quality of the fresh fruit was also good. At $35 a head, you'd expect far better service and quality. Service: Dine in
Ate there on Friday night and have been for at least 5 years.....disappointed with less variety and food quality, prawns were soft,lobster was smaller than the prawns, supposed hot food was cold oysters were small and paying $109.00 each was a big part of the decision of returning to dine.
The Novatel Brighton promotes itself as a spot worth visiting, but it falls short as a viable option. There are many better alternatives in the area, such as Avocado and several restaurants across the street. Rating: Food: 3, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 3.

I visited for a Christening reception a couple of weeks ago.....definately a great place to hold a reception.The staff are all top class, attentive to all the guest requirements. Will definately recommend to all my friends!
