Stopped at the end of a lovely days skiing for a drink at this beautifully located hotel but were met with sullen, slow, arrogant dismissive service on a sparsely occupied terrace with no less than 4 members of staff wandering around unenthusiastically doing very little. The service was in marked contrast to what we received elsewhere in Lech, Austria where service standards were incredibly high.
