Popped in on a Sunday lunch time for coffee and sandwich as we 'd really enjoyed a vto BB 's at East Midlands Designer Village. I really wish we had not bothered. Two blank faced young wonen on duty, neither prepared to offer a warm Hi or smile. When I asjed aboyt the fillings in the baguettes, one of them rattled off a list which wad vertually unintelligble still no smile or eye contact. I ordered a tuna mayo and a ham and cheese and two coffees. Tgere was a deal on baguette and drink for £5.50. Another member if staff made the coffee. The order was presented on a tray and we took it to a table. They was plenty to chose from, only about 4 tables occupued. We split tge baguettes so we each h...
In surprised contrast to some of the negative reviews about this Cafe, I personally have always had a great welcome in this place. The Ladies that work there are always smiling and provide a fantastic service. The coffee is always spot on, although I don’t have a sweet tooth I wouldn’t be able to rate the muffins that seem to be cooked on a daily basis but they defiantly look eye catching. Overall I rate this place a 5/5 due to its friendly staff and brilliant tasting Coffee beans. Keep it up!
I had stopped here on my way back from a business trip it was just what I needed after a long drive! The customer service was very good, a warm welcoming experience. I ordered a hot chocolate with cream marshmallows which certainly warmed me up! Alongside this, I decided on having one of the many delicious looking muffins.. I was not disappointed! I would highly recommend stopping here as it has everything you need for a quick stop or a relaxing break!
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the BB's stuff for saving my day yesterday, and by providing an absolutely fabulous food and the best coffee I've ever had! A long and exhausting day, has been switched to a pleasant thanks to you and your service. P.S. The venue needs some attention though, i.e. some sort of investment.

I come today with my love for a date and I was really surprise, the muffins was so lovely, coffee was just more them amazing.... Can't say more then thank you to the beautiful ladies as the make me feel so happy at coffee shop .... Just the toilet was terrible.
I was excited to enjoy a muffin with my coffee at Bb's Coffee Muffins, but I struggled to choose because the muffins weren't labeled or identified. When I inquired about the flavors, I was informed that they only offered "Gluten Free" coffee.
The muffins and baguettes at Bb's Coffee Muffins are incredible, the coffee is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It’s a perfect place to unwind while enjoying a snack and a drink. I'm thrilled that they have reopened.
The tea was served in a pot, accompanied by a lovely cup and saucer, which I really appreciated. I’m not a fan of having tea bags presented in plastic cups. The service was delightful, and I also heard that the cake is quite tasty.

I had some time to kill while waiting for a friend so I called in for a coffee. Once I saw the muffins I had to try one as well. It was beautiful. Staff were very friendly
