Bd's Mongolian Grill Cleveland

This restaurant has definitely seen better days. While I understand that many places are struggling with staffing shortages, the overall cleanliness has noticeably declined. We decided to sit at the bar and fill our bowls, but only one side was open, forcing us to wait for the person in front of us to finish before we could grab the tongs for the meats or vegetables we wanted. The tongs were too short, leaving the chicken tongs resting directly on the raw meat. If you're petite like me, you have to reach over the dirty counter just to get the tongs, and don't even get me started on the sauce station! I grabbed the nearest sauces, but I couldn't help but notice the lack of variety in seasonin...

Sadly, this restaurant is badly in need of a revamp. The decor is tired, the place is ill-lit, it seems dirty, and the staff is overworked. There was one server for the entire place. I don't know the staffing situation with the cooks, but our food took a RIDICULOUS amount of time to come, and the food bar and central grill seemed unsanitary. My orange chicken was barely edible. Our lunch took almost two hours (and the restaurant was not even 1/4 full).

Overall, the food was pretty good. The service was very good, and our server was polite and helpful. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness. I unfortunately found a bug in my drink and also, there was bugs flying around while we ate. Not the most pleasant experience but I feel like if these things were improved it would be a good retestaurant.

The menu could use more detailed descriptions of the dishes. Our server was alright, but the food took an incredibly long time to arrive. One member of our group waited about 45 minutes for their meal. I don't think we'll be returning, as we didn't really enjoy our experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Food top notch! Service was slow. I think the guy was new though. I will go here again. You pick your own meat and stuff and put it in a bowl and they put it on the grill for you. They bring it to your table when it’s ready. Very Delicious!!

Expect long waits. Service is slow, and they seem very understaffed. They won't acknowledge you till they're free to do so and only then will you be seated. The food isn't bad though.

I truly adore this restaurant! The food is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend dining here. Réservez une table maintenant
