This is by far my favorite music venue! We've made the trip from Buffalo several times to catch shows here. On my last visit, I encountered a really rude staff member at the door (I wasn’t sure what I did to deserve that, especially since I was all set with my ticket and ID). But that’s not a reason to stop coming! I’ll be back, no matter what. I hope you have a better night next time. Keep bringing in those amazing bands, Grog. Love you guys!
Who doesn't adore the Grog Shop? I had heard about this venue long before I set foot in Cleveland. It's iconic among touring bands, especially those traveling in Econoline vans. If you find yourself in town and are unsure of what to do, just head to the Grog Shop. They always have great acts. You might not recognize the name, but chances are you'll end up buying their record from the merch table before heading home for the night.
My favorite music venue in Northeast Ohio is unpretentious and a lot of fun. It's a small space, so you're always within 30 feet of the stage. The beer selection is great, although I typically stick to PBR tallboys because you can't beat the price. They host a diverse range of acts and frequently co-sponsor events at other venues. The Grog Shop is truly a gem, and my love for this place will never fade.
This was my first experience at the restaurant. I was able to find free parking along the curb, less than a mile away. When I entered, I was led to a unique setup that felt different from other places. The stage was positioned close to the audience, making it seem as though the guests were part of the performance. The staff is friendly, the drinks are affordable, and the acoustics are excellent. It's one of my favorite spots in the Cleveland area. The punk vibe and layout are fantastic.
If you know, you know. This is one of Ohio's top music venues for artists of every genre. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
This is a classic spot for rock concerts, featuring a great bar. The staff is amazing, and the prices are affordable.
