I ordered a strawberry shortcake for my birthday from Be Sweet Patisserie. Despite ordering with less notice than recommended, the owner, Bebe, handled everything with clarity and promptness. The Japanese-style strawberry shortcake was delicious and my ultimate favorite cake. It stayed fresh in the fridge for several days, allowing me to enjoy every bite. When I picked up my order, the owner was very kind and even included extra treats like truffles and a biscuit. I will definitely be ordering from Be Sweet Patisserie again in the future. I just need to come up with another reason to treat myself like this again!
A perfectly Kawaii Patisserie! Oh, I how I lamented the loss of a local version of my darling Bisou Bisou in Didsbury! There was nothing like a few madeleines, followed by a financier or two and rounded up by an eclair while popping out to the shops. Little did I realise that there was a Japanese Patisserie not far from the Altrincham high street. Needless to say I indulged in a Japanese cheese cake that jiggled in a way that wouldn’t be out of place in Rikuro’s cheese cake shop in Namba (sans raisins though). I will certainly be back for matcha inspired desserts!
Lip tastes cookies and cakes that always leave me with a wow after I tried them. I was impressed to discover such a great selection of beautifully designed cakes with an original touch, full of aromas and parked with delicious textures that are never excessively sweet! I had the chance to taste many of be sweet 's baked were and happy to recommend to everyone. all goodies are made of fresh, high quality local ingredients so that they put their spirit in rest and enjoy them every bit of their cake!
I ordered a cake for someone at really short notice, Bebe was very accommodating and friendly and turned it around so that I could have the cake for the date I wanted. The cake was absolutely stunning, in appearance and taste. I've not had a cake that good in a long time. Thank you so much Bebe, i'll be back xxxx

The strawberry cake was absolutely delicious. It was light and fluffy, with sweet strawberries on top. The presentation of the cake was beautiful, with a simple and charming decoration.
Bibi makes AMAZING cupcakes, mararons and cakes. The best quality cakes in GM. You won't be disappointed. Not too sweet, beautiful and spongy! I won't look for any other cakery.
I had the Earl Grey cake and it was DIVINE! Not only sweet treats but sweet service too. Will definitely be back to support this new local independent :

the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. richer and good smell can not resist taking an additional. a hidden gem they should never leave.
the cakes from here are delicious. I love the uniqueness and creativity in their cake! do not define their typical bakery / cake shop.
