I frequent this location often and always end up having to call about a complaint. I came through the drive through today. Before the order could be confirmed, the employee had cut me off and rushed to give me the total. That lead to me receiving the wrong salad. I will be checking the bag before I leave the parking lot next time. I had to call, file a complaint, but luckily ended up getting the right salad.

We spent only $45 on salads at this restaurant, but when we got home, we discovered that one of the dressing containers had spilled over everything! I recommend that they put the dressings in a separate small pocket to prevent this from happening in the future.

NO LONGER HAVE COFFEE !!!We used to love Beef-A-Roo, but now we are not going since we can't get coffee with our meal. Too bad, cuz we often took our grandkids there also that's lost revenue!We'll come back if you put coffee back on your menu!Please Réservez une table maintenant

Very busy dinner rush, they served us cold cheese fries. Thankfully we dined in and they exchanged them for hot ones. Chicken strips took a long time to come out as well. Very friendly staff, and clean dining room. Still love Beef a Roo!

This restaurant reminds me of a place called Lion's Choice in my hometown in Missouri. Arby's wishes it was as good. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back.

We love the berry salad. Picked up 2 for dinner. So disappointed. The contents were old looking. The berrys were all soggy. The strawberries were dark. Usually the food we get there is fresh.

The pork chop is large and delicious, and the onion rings are a generous portion of 2.
