A male an older lady assisted me Not friendly at all. I didn’t feel welcomed. As I waited for my food i noticed they greeted smiled at other customers who entered restaurant. I really enjoy Italian food, I do laundry right now door by the time I usually arrive bella Gina’s is closed. I was excited to see I arrived at a time they were open. But never will I return back here. So disappointed.

I have a $60 dollar gift certificate and went to pick up a 12 dollar sandwich. I was told it is expired . I definitely feel they stole my $60 gift. I will never go back there again and I will make sure no one from my family or friends ever buys a gift certificate from them again. takes a long time to build up clientele but only one greedy move to lose customers.
I gave three days' notice but they refused to deliver to my location just 1.5 km away, saying it was too far. It's only two blocks away—just a 6-minute drive or a 17-minute walk. I've used their services before, but I won't be returning.
INCREDIBLE! I loved this Italian deli. so many dishes to choose from and delights! the fresh Mozzarella is AMAZING! and i personally loved the stuffed mushrooms and peppers!! plenty of homemade pasta sauce and noodles too.
