I went to this restaurant for a meal with my aunt and children. My son, who has autism and ADHD, was not able to sit still and the manager gave him disapproving looks. The restaurant used robot serving trays, which I found unnecessary and childish. The food was average, but my past experiences at this restaurant were positive with a different manager. The waitress and waiter were fine, but the woman who seemed to be the manager was judging my son. We rarely go out because of the challenges of having a child with additional needs, and this experience reminded me of why. The ice cream portions for kids could be larger. Visited one evening with our two children. We were told there was a small wait which was fine. As we waited in the bar I watched the waitress clearing one of the tall tables next to us, I heard one of here colleagues questioning her for her to reply basically tough they will just have to get on with it. We were then shown to this table even though it was obvious we needed a high chair but after hearing the previous exchange I knew it was our problem (there were other tables elsewhere). I then had to feed our 7 month old while holding him and trying to eat my own meal. Why do restaurants appear child friendly when their staff are not?!
The atmosphere and staff were brilliant and had great customer service throughout,however, I have given 3 stars as the food was just average and ok. The pasta dish was basic, nice enough but tasted like a microwave meal you could buy at the supermarket,don't think it was fresh pasta. Shame as the mushroom starter nice,but I feel it was overpriced come to over £44 for 2, we had a starter main and one drink. Had the main been nicer I would have thought it was priced well and would have recommended. I have been to much much nicer Italians.
Staff were nice but lacking and busy because of how few there were. Never been to a Bella Italia before and had assumed it was a genuine italian restaurant. Unfortunately this was not the case and I would not rate the food quality as anything much near to italian restaurant quality at all. To be tottally honest, I have had better tasting dishes at Weatherspoons which is a shame as I was looking forward to authentic food. Overall, price vs quality and factor in authenticity, would not vist again, sorry. Réservez une table maintenant
Not bad, usual franchise. I opted for this restaurant as they were advertising that kids eat free over the summer holidays. On the website it just stated that so i took both my daughters. Upon arrival I was quickly informed that one child would eat for free with one paying adult, so i still had to pay for the other. End of the day I didnt mind. Food wasnt bad. service was alright, price wise.. well it cost alot more than I thought.
The food at this restaurant was amazing! I will definitely be returning and recommending it to my friends and family. Our waitress, Daisy, was exceptional and made our night even more enjoyable. The robots were a unique addition that surprisingly helped out the staff while still allowing for a pleasant human interaction with our waitress.
We had a fantastic family dinner at this restaurant. The menu had a great variety of food and drinks, the atmosphere was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and Daisy provided excellent service. The robots delivering food to the table were a fun and unique touch that added to the overall experience.
