I went to Bella Luna for a birthday dinner with my dad, with whom I don't communicate very often, and I believe the atmosphere played a significant role in making it such a great experience! We stayed for over three hours, and at no point did we feel guilty about lingering at our table for so long. We enjoyed appetizers, main courses, and received a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and even my picky dad was happy. Thank you, Bella Luna, for helping me reconnect with my father!
The restaurant features a large and diverse menu, complemented by friendly service. There are comfortable seating options, including high-top tables at the bar. The ambiance is pleasant, with moderate noise levels. We began our meal with calamari (which was tender and well-prepared) and followed it with salmon served with bok choy. The drinks are also expertly crafted and generously poured. Parking is convenient, available in an adjacent lot. This is definitely a place worth visiting frequently.
Recommended by a local and did not disappoint! Beware it is a little hard to find on the street, no sign and very small. We got to sit in the window and saw beautiful pink sky and people watching while we are ate amazing pasta dishes. It’s a place where you feel like you’ve just been served a home cooked Italian meal! Don’t forget your cash!
Excellent food--fresh, flavorful, varied, distinctive, and reasonably priced. The vibe of the place was very warm and inviting, the service friendly and pleasant. While I appreciated the live background music very much, perhaps it could have been less percussive, and thereby less intrusive (although it wasn 't unbearable by any means).

Bella Luna is always great! The pizza and specials are really good as is the beer selection. I enjoyed the Sam Adams New England IPA. The picture is a Harpoon IPA and the Pizza Menino. The servers always seem to be happy to be there and happy to see me. The atmosphere is warm whether sitting inside or outside. Awesome!
We absolutely loved Bella Luna! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was excellent! This has become my favorite spot in JP!
