I saw the OneBite video on Belmont Pizza few months ago liked what I saw. I've been meaning to try Florina pizza in Boston for a while I put this one on my list as well since it's not that far. I was on vacation from work so figured now was the perfect time to take the drive out from NYC get my Massachusetts pizza hunt underway. First off the staff is so nice here. Both gentlemen that were working there were very nice. The pizza maker has been doing it for 26 years so you know he knows his pizza. I wanted to come here because I saw the old-school vibes inside here on the OneBite video. Seeing it in person was so cool. They still have the old sign with letters iconic Coke sign in the middle....
I call in my order and by the time I arrived and paid, my was ready and piping hot. I ordered pizza and wings and I can't express how fresh the wings were. They were absolutely delicious. My only thing is a little bit of seasoning for the wings. All and all the staff was very pleasant and I will go back for more.
I've been watching Dave's videos for weeks and didn't realize he stopped by here till I got to the door and saw the sign! Well everything about it lives up to the hype. I didn't try the cheese but the pepperoni was fantastic! The owner is a very nice guy and his pizza deserves the 8.1.
