Last night was one of my worst restaurant experiences. We had 7pm reservations and arrived about 7:02pm. We were a party of 3, and we were sat at a table of 6 (three children and three adults . The table was over crowded. We had to sit very close to the other party at our table, and the only place for me was right on the end of the table. I was bumped several times by the hibachi cart, and the waitress squeezing by. We ordered drinks right away, and had to wait quite a while for them. Finally we ordered food and received salads and soups. The waitress never came back! We were never asked if we wanted another drink even if we wanted water! She never came to take our salad plates or soup bowls...

Chef was good, and food was ok. It took forever. 7pm reservation was seated at 7:35. Chef did not get to table until 8:30 and we were done at 9:30. People across from us ordered sushi and it came after we were done our hibachi. Everyone tried hard and were pleasant, but they were unorganized and understaffed like everywhere.

Once again, this restaurant fell short of expectations. The manager was quite disagreeable, and the chef seemed to lack seasoning skills. Everything tasted overwhelmingly like soy sauce, to the point that it overshadowed any other flavors. They should seriously consider closing this establishment.

Reservations don’t matter. Had 6:30 reservations and did not get seated until 7:15. Took even longer to get meal, the chef didn’t start cooking until after 8. We didn’t finish meal until 9. Food was good, but way over seasoned with tons of salt. Réservez une table maintenant

Haven't been there for quite some time but decided to try again. Everything was excellent...food, server, and chef! WQe will definitely be going back.

We didn't have any surprises at the table, as my family wasn't present, so they missed out on the complete experience.

The food was absolutely delicious! The staff treated us exceptionally well. I have no complaints at all!

the place was dirty one of the chef was not hibachi chef .. did not know how to use grill Réservez une table maintenant

Ask for chef Khalil he’s the best, tell him lobster girl sent you! LOL
