We ordered the Steak38 for Two and Oysters Rockefeller, which came with a Caesar salad prepared table-side, as well as green beans and mashed potatoes. To top off the meal, we enjoyed a bananas foster, also made table-side. The food was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, our first steak arrived slightly overcooked, but our server quickly recognized the issue and offered to bring us a new one. They were prompt in replacing it and genuinely apologetic throughout the process. The manager even checked on us twice to ensure everything was satisfactory, and we reassured her that it was not a problem. Had a wonderful dinner with hubby for my birthday. Highly recommend this restaurant. Why not all 5 stars: volume of music was very loud but Rochelle addressed after we had to have her repeat a few times. Second was the spice put on my fillet was not to my liking. Husband had prime rib which was delicious. We will definitely try this restaurant again and request no seasoning on steak. Thank you for the chocolate cake
I had a terrible experience with the valet parking staff. The employee was completely disrespectful and dismissive. It's crucial for them to receive proper customer service training! I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting someone like that with anyone's belongings, especially since I didn't even use the complimentary valet service. It was quite frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional attitude.
