My boyfriend asked what did you order , I answered strawberry taro. Thegirl inside (her name was Sabrina) spoke to me behind the glass window in the most nasty way , can you wait. I said excuse me. As a Taiwanese, Let me tell you ! Dont waste Six dollar for plain water+ Sugar! You deserve better service and treat you taste bud better Just right the next store, Starbucks taste better . The clerk tried to surcharged me. Even if I asked twice about the bill, he lie and lie and lie. I order a large Lemon Ai Yu With Basil seed. They surcharged me but they did not put any lemon juice or lemon slices. God, Please read the menu! Gong Cha manager you need to retrain all these clerk in Roosevelt Mall. I've visited Ben's At Roosevelt Field Mall numerous times and typically have had a wonderful experience, but this last visit was disappointing. The staff seemed inexperienced, and despite requesting a drink with less ice, it came filled with ice instead. They remade it for me, but the new drink was grainy and undrinkable. I hope you can address these issues with your team. My taro milk tea on June 14 at 7:40 PM was a letdown.

We dined at Ben's at Roosevelt Field Mall today, April 17, around 2 PM to place our order. Unfortunately, the woman taking our order was not very friendly. We made an effort to communicate our choices politely, but she appeared to have an attitude, shaking her head while handling our order, as if she was unwilling to assist us.
Ben's At Roosevelt Field Mall offers very good bubble tea, though it’s not the absolute best. The lines can get quite long, but the prices are reasonable and the menu features generous portions of ingredients. I would definitely recommend making a stop here for a sweet treat while shopping at the mall.

The line is certainly worth the wait! So many great options of bubble tea and other drinks on the menu, and staff members are very attentive and ready to help you find the perfect drink. It's also nice that you get to customize your drinks as well!
