The clerk tried to surcharged me. Even if I asked twice about the bill, he lie and lie and lie. I order a large Lemon Ai Yu With Basil seed. They surcharged me but they did not put any lemon juice or lemon slices. God, Please read the menu! Gong Cha manager you need to retrain all these clerk in Roosevelt Mall. They are not honest and they did bad drink. Don't waste your money. If I can give them zero star or mines star I would.

We came to order today, April 17, at around 2 PM. The woman taking our order was not very friendly at all. We told her what we want to order in a nice way but she was giving us an attitude, shaking her head while taking our order, as if she does not want to do business with us.

Not the best but very good bubble tea. The lines can be pretty long. The price is affordable and they are not stingy with the ingredients. Would recommend stopping here when shopping at the mall for sweet treats.

Best one. I love the peach slush. I usually get 30% sugar but this time i tried 70% a bit sweet but def worth the waiting on line for. Its my summer slushy drink.

It's a kiosk in Roosevelt. The drinks are fine. Be patient with the workers who are always flooded with customers especially this shopping season.
