I was nervous to order from here since I'm pretty picky and the prices seemed really reasonable, but boy was I wrong. The food is phenomenal. I got a chicken bowl and added the pork to it. The meat was really tasty as well and super juicy. Not only was it a really good price, but the portion size was huge. I couldn't even finish it all so I ate the rest for dinner. So for about $13 (with adding on avocado and an additional meat) I was able to feed myself lunch and dinner. I also ordered the food yesterday and didn't eat it until today so I'm even more impressed that it still tasted just as good the next day. Completely blown away by this place! I got the Chicken Garden Bowl w/ the Lemon Thyme Sauce and the Slow Roasted Chickpeas Potatoes w/ Smoky Chipotle sauce. Both were super flavorful and just hit the spot. Both items I got were of generous size and were a super fair price there aren't many places anymore where you can get a protein bowl for under $10! As someone who doesn't eat dairy I also really appreciated that dressings are all plant based! I love the simplicity of the menu as well and think it's super cool they're open until midnight, I really can't think of any place like it.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, healthy, and reasonably priced. I tried the chickpea and potato mixed bowl and I will definitely be back! However, I am changing my rating to 4 stars because lately, about 75% of my orders have arrived with items missing, usually minor like a sauce or add-on. I also do not recommend ordering the smoothie for delivery as it tends to get spilled in transit. Despite these issues, Ben's remains a favorite place to eat and I still recommend it for its tasty and healthy food.

Sigh. This is like my third time eating Ben’s fast food or “umami express” and I think there is just something OFF about it!! All the ingredients are *fine* on their own but there is this odd lack of harmony among the ingredients ?? It’s like a random shred of chicken next to a teeny piece of broccoli and then a little chunk of carrot ???? I’m so confusedGood: it’s wholesome and tastes healthy and balancedBad: feels like someone just dumped all the leftovers from their fridge into a bowl

I ordered chicken they served me pork im Muslim I ordered thru Uber eats expecting a store front but it’s some kind of food court that can’t enter they take orders but they mostly fulfill door dash and Uber and other delivery services the people were kinda rude and I had to wait hella long for my food that should’ve already been ready. I asked Uber eats for the refund but they refused
