Perilla in Lower Haight is definitely catered to takeout and they have minimal seating. Service is quick and a well oiled machine. I always get garlic noodles with pork and the protein portion is huge. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Garlic Noodles
The best garlic noodles in San Francisco! These are the best I have ever had in my life! The Phobrühe was amazing and complex, and delicious on its own. The imperial rolls were also incredible. The staff at this restaurant are excellent.
After hearing great things about this place from our friends, we decided to give it a try. We were impressed by the variety of vegetarian options available. The garlic noodles were particularly delicious and left us wanting more.

This restaurant is fantastic for satisfying your Vietnamese food cravings at a reasonable price and generous portion sizes. The wait time was minimal when I visited with a group.
