I went for lunch today and couldn’t believe my eyes when the server dropped the metal tongs on the ground, picked them up and just rinsed them off and used them to put the beef in my bento box…I was horrified and disgusted. Please put the tongs in the sink, wash them with SOAP later and use another pair of tongs in the meantime…totally unsanitary. When I went to say something the server was already serving someone else as there were a few other customer in line. Perhaps they can buy more tongs and keep sanitary standards. This will bother me for a long time. I hope these restaurants get frequent visits from the health department.

There are plenty of options, and the food is generally tasty. I usually order the salmon poke bowl, but the woman who works there tends to be quite stingy with the salmon and often comes across as unfriendly when taking my order. Recently, the rice in my dish was so hot that it melted a thin layer of plastic from the bowl. It's hard to notice in the picture, but if you look closely, you can see a black film on the rice.

Terrible experience! The service was really lacking, and the portion of meat we received was smaller than before. Our complaint was ignored, and the staff didn't respond, leaving us waiting for over 10 minutes.
The worst experience I've ever had! The sushi was uneatable, and the fish had a terrible smell. I ended up with food poisoning, so please be cautious if you decide to go.
