A nice welcome at the reception desk (not always the case at lounges) and the lady asked if we knew about the white door . We didn 't so she explained there was a dedicated passport control for lounge users. The lounge was huge and not busy. The coffee was good, and the pastries very tasty. I’ve been to nearly every lounge in the major European airports, and this is easily one of the worst. First off, the layout and lighting are poor, making the space feel cold and unwelcoming. The front desk staff looked miserable—and while it was a Monday morning, the lack of hospitality set a bad tone. The food options were also disappointing. Aside from a pancake maker, there was barely any fruit and very few hot options (just scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and sausages). What truly ruined the visit, however, was the service. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Team informierte uns über eine leichte Flugverspätung, so dass wir nicht unnötig am Gate warten mussten. Dank des Hinweises der separaten Passkontrolle hatten wir einen Fußweg von nur 4 Minuten zu den den C Gates. I travel almost every month out of BER. And I must say Tempelhof lounge is really something to be missed. the food is not very good and now the management has decided to no longer have cheese, ham and so on for on bread after breakfast. You can now choose between super saulty warm meals and sakade that yo would never make at home. BER you can do better than this. I think the managemen forgot that a lot of people like to have bread for lunch and not a warm meal or a salad.

There is a clear lack of power sockets both in the seating areas and throughout the lounge in general. Although there is a designated area with outlets, they were not working. The only place to reliably charge devices is the dedicated charging station with two sockets only (for the whole lounge) The food is of average quality. Dessert was nice. The coffee from machine was also quite poor. On the positive side, there is a wide selection of drinks and a pancake machine.
Es geht weiter abwärts, das weltweit anerkannte Rührei wird durch kalte hartgekochte Eier ersetzt, die nicht abgeschreckt sind und sich weder pellen noch auslöffeln lassen. Ein Eierbecher oder Löffel sucht man vergebens. Nürnberger durch undefinierbare rote Würstchen ersetzen die aussehen wie in allen Lädern die keine Ahnung haben wie man Wurst macht! Danke Anke
Waren schon kurz vor 5 Uhr mit noch 10 anderen Reisenden im Treppenhaus vor der Lounge, geöffnet wurde keine Sekunde früher. Ist ihr Recht, muss man aber nicht. Angebot zum Frühstücken allenfalls 2 Sterbe Es sei denn man ist Alkoholiker da hat man große Auswahl.
Die Lounge ist schön und zweckmäßig. Soweit alles in Ordnung. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke fand ich vollkommen in Ordnung. Insbesondere der direkte Zusang zum Internationalen Bereich durch die Kontrolle ist ein schöner Pluspunkt.

Sauber. Essensauswahl okay. Auswahl der Biere sehr gering. Personal höflich. Wenig Toiletten. Ruhebereich ohne Durchsagen. Wenn nur einige Menschen hier nicht so laut und dauerhaft quatschen würden.
