Berggasthof Zipfhausl

We stay here every year. The room are clean, comfortable and warm. Frau Laube is very helpful and welcoming to our family, which consits of parents, children and grand children. Beautiful home made food, service is great, very accommadating. We recommend that you get a...balcony room for the fabulous views and star gazing. This is a high altitude accommadation however there is lots of walks around the mountains that are level, and great for granda's and prams. The beer and snapps are particulary good according to father.

Know this place well, always visit for a meal, the drive up to Zipfhausel is not far from the town, the large car park, also is a good spot to hike along the soleteitungweg which is easily signposted and family friendly trail, so back to...Zipfhausel, a room of around guests with waiters, very efficient and friendly, good home cooked food, I had cheese and spätzle my OH shwienebraten, another eating place which has fab views with outside terrace, good value and obviously good beers...

Our landlady recommended this place and it was a hit. The view of the valley below from the terrace where we had an excellent lunch is unforgettable. Very friendly staff. We had a typical Bavarian lunch: pork roast with potato dumplings and gravy. Naturally, beer...had to accompany the meal. A very congenial and friendly place.

This place was recommended to us by the woman who ran our guesthouse as there isn't many places open for food around Ramsau in January. We both enjoyed our food and the service was good. Traditional Bavarian food which is fine as that's part of...the reason I go to that area plus the Franziskaner weissbier there was nice too. Réservez une table maintenant

Schöne Auswahl Bayerischer Gerichte mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Bedienungen sehr freundlich und das Essen wird schnell serviert. Auch eine sehr schöne Aussicht, auch wenn es zum draussen sitzen leider zu kalt und nass war. Sehr zu empfehlen

Von der Außenterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Ramsauer Tal. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Speisekarte abwechslungsreich. Preis-/Leistung völlig in Ordnung.

Very nice place to have a Brotzeit or an evening meal! Try the Kaiserschmarn or Schnitzel. I believe there are Buses running from Ramsau to this place but better to check.

i recommend the “Jägerschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln” that was so delicious. if the weather is good take your seat outside, you will love the beautiful view, enjoy. Réservez une table maintenant

We had a tasty dinner here. Personnel was friendly, good food and beer for decent price. Very nice view from the terrasse.

We took the minute chairlift to the top of the mountain and had an amazing dessert, they say it is the best in the world
