Berghutte Lauterbad

OK besides the long walk up (you can drive but it's more fun to walk), the view is fantastic . I haven't even gotten to the food which is original and fantastic I had some housemade sausages that were phenomenal with walnuts spices and parmesan inside . Order their specialty iced tea which they serve hot with a glass of ice I had to have 2

Yesterday we come for a short visit in beautyful Freudenstadt. At the 5th time we hike to Berghuette Lauterbad. Amazing and lovely place Everytime we had a great food, drinks and beautiful and very good service. We come back

Excellent veggie burger and Huttenwurste. Loved that the dishes came with salads. I am going to try to recreate their creme fraiche!

Good value for money quick efficient service even on a bank holiday. We could also keep an eye on our house.
