We were on holiday only for a few days in the neighboring village of Frutenhof and unfortunately only once had the opportunity to eat in the old mill. The food was fantastic. The steaks were large and perfectly fried and also the supplements were all very good with different potato varieties and also a great salad buffet. The food still doubted the hospitality. We were in the restaurant with 4 adults and a child of almost two years. We've never seen such a attention for a child. Of course, they brought toys and painting books without question. Finally a steakhouse where they make medium rare steak the way it should be. You can also choose the type of beef and the size according to how hungry you are. I had mine with boiled potato, my husband got a baked potato, equally good . The steaks came with openbar salad. The choice of salad might not seems a lot, but it is really sufficient to mix your own German salad plate. Oh and It is now the season of Spargel, they have special menu for that too.

The pepper steak was cooked to perfection, medium and was delicious. The service was marvelous, as was the beer.
