Bertucci's Norwood

I went to Norwood Bertucci for lunch and had an incredible experience. The service was amazing and the food was also. The server and the manager (Lori) was also very sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back again.

The quality of the chicken and sauce was subpar. It was my first experience with what appeared to be A1 based on the web presence. I did remove my other comments. I’ll try their pizza and make any changes I see fit.

First time here and we totally enjoyed it! Pam was such a delight! Great service, good food, and fantastic ambience. We will totally come back. Please try the Shirmp Rossini if you do stop by, you'll thank me..haha

took for me 10 minutes to be attended ,while the restaurant was no busy just few tables. When I got home I discovered my pizzas are burnt ,taste bad and my Mac and cheese is very dry, I spend 85$ for nothing

i went to this location and needed help with a carryout order and lori, i believe her name was, was so helpful! so sweet and so accommodating. i got that vibe from everyone there!
